A Harbor Haven for Dreamers

The Writer’s Attic is a quiet creative retreat designed for writers, artists, and dreamers seeking space to think, imagine, and create with intention.

Tucked inside the Sepulveda Home, it offers stillness, light, and separation from the noise of everyday life.

The attic remained closed for years, holding books, photographs, and childhood keepsakes.

When it was finally opened, the space revealed something unexpected.
Light. Quiet. Perspective.

From the windows, the former home of legendary writer Charles Bukowski rests just beyond view — a subtle reminder of the creative history embedded in this place.

What was once private became something meant to be shared.
